The duck was tasteless and not confit (it looked like cooked duck), the mussels had a lot of broth with little flavor. The escargot’s were very good, the foie gras and chocolate mousse were delicious

Hanks is located in the Grand Hotel and has a nice view of a plaza. We ordered a light lunch of Por boy sandwiches with fries.The staff was very cordial and the overall experience was very pleasant.
