Every year, we take our Site Supervisor and his wife out for a Christmas dinner to thank him for all of the hard work. We try to make this evening a special one and Chairman’s did not disappoint. From the attentive staff, to the wonderful meal, to the ambience of the restaurant. All top notch!

I love this place - not just for the food but also for the experience in general! The food, wine, and dessert was great - had good seafood choices (especially today since it was Seafood and Soul Night, will be coming back for the salmon wellington) and the desserts were a perfect way to end dinner. Notwithstanding the food, the live music is so rare to see in Calgary so it was great to listen to while eating and the band even took some song recommendations from us! Would definitely come again :)

It has become my favorite location to dine with friends for lunch. It’s classy. A very historical house. The plates go back to the kitchen clean because, as opposed to other places, quality of the food trumps quantity all the way. Going again in a week. Max provides to notch attentive service. Looking forward to next Friday.
