Great accommodation of a large party. Thank you for having us. All the food was delicious and I’m sure you will have our business in the future.

A very solid/reliable spot. My fries were fantastic. Sounds basic but a well executed french fry served in the right way is remarkably uncommon. My burger could have use a bit more mass on the patty and less on the bun but was overall good. My date had the scallops and she seemed to quite enjoy them. Cocktails here are solidly above average. We sat away from the bar and enjoyed a pleasant ambience; lively but not loud, so that we were able to have a conversation easily. For whatever accidental reason we just hadn't been there in a while. We'll be back.

We experienced excellent quality and authentic Italian flavors. The service consistently exceeds expectations, and our server, Steve, was extremely knowledgeable about the wine. We have always enjoyed an excellent meal paired perfectly with the right wine. We highly recommend La Posta for a casual date night, family night, or dinner with friends.

My friend had the seafood pasta she had the gluten-free pasta which added two dollars to the service. I had the special which was a beef tenderloin tortellini style pasta with a creamy sauce, which was very good. My friend had the seafood pasta, she really enjoyed it. She thought it was an excellent value, and the flavor was very good. I like the overall feel of the restaurant. I like the fact you’re not freezing inside of it which it can be a problem with many restaurants in Santa Cruz. This restaurant was very warm and comfortable and we will definitely be back with friends. 

I found this little gem quite by accident. It's a tiny restaurant ( maybe 10 tables, half of which are two seaters), but they make up in excellence what they lack in space. I was surprised to see a full menu with a wide variety of appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. They even start the meal with a tasty lagniappe of frio mashed potatoe balls with a delectable dipping sauce. The meal was excellent (I had the wild salmon) and I will definitely be back to further explore their diverse, tantalizing menu. Dina was my server, And she was as efficient as she was friendly. So happy that I happened upon this little dining jewel in Santa Cruz.
