One of best meals I have ever had. Steak seasoned and cooked perfectly rare. It was my birthday and they brought me a piece of cheesecake with chocolate sauce which was amazing! Service was great. I will come back to Fire every time I come to Wetumpka.

If you want an elegant meal with great food and service, try this place out! It was fantastic from the time we valet parked until we departed. We had a party of 3. The fillet was coked perfect, and the shrimp and grits were really good. Definitely a place to dine for special occasions.

We had a birthday celebration for a group of six steak enthusiasts. The food was OUTSTANDING. The quality, the flavors, the presentation. Service very patient (we had a merciless clown among us), friendly and efficient without hovering. Portions are enormous, we had to pack away half of our food. All-in-all, great experience. Here are the entrees we tried: the famous pork chop (a.k.a. OMG), ribeye (buttery tender), Three Kings Mignon - all excellent. Pork chop is truly stupendous - three cuts, three different textures, tru awesomeness! Sides: corn brûlée (amazing), potato au gratin (excellent), creamed spinach (on par), and grilled veggies. Desserts: Chocolate Jubilee (scary rich and humongous), Creme Brûlée, and Lemon Bar. Loved all three. Everyone tried a little, and six of us couldn't finish the Chocolate Jubilee. That's a major accomplishment for a family of gluttons. We also had some wine, a dirty martini, and a spinach salad. We had the best time, honestly. Highly recommend. It's a truly upscale fine dining, not your everyday dinner, but so worth it.

Absolutely amazing experience for my girlfriends birthday. The staff was friendly the food was amazing and the drinks were well made. You have earned a repeat customer for sure.
