Restaurants near Kerrville State Hospital

Eating on the patio was perfect. Sun was out. Nice breeze. Quiet patio. Everyone enjoyed their food - chicken fingers, meatloaf, hamburger, shrimp & grits and the ribeye pasta special. Only critical feedback is the fried pickles would be better sliced thin. Celine, our waitperson, was nice and focused on our experience. Our adult kids love going to Camp Verde where their small dogs feel welcome.

As always, we had a lovely dinner with excellent service. When we requested a serving of their delicious whisky cake to go, some kind soul (the server? ) wrote exact instructions for warming it up on the to-go box. Thank you!

Always a fun time Food was good. Scallops were bland yet all the rest was fine. Took an hour from seating till the chef came to start the cooking. Glad to have the soup and salad prior. Wear a long sleeve shirt. With the fans.. its a bit chilly in there.

The restaurant called us a few days before to make sure we could have the whole Graduation family group sit together. Very thoughtful!!

Everything was beautiful: The champagne, the nibblies, the outstanding staff, the proprietor, the decor and ambience.
