Great for and service!! Just a little loud:) would definitely go back!

Service was extremely slow. Waited over 1 hour for our food to come out. We even came on early side. Restaurant was half full. It was the server that too took forever to take our order and took a good 15minutes for basic drinks. Didn’t even order fancy drinks. We very rarely saw our server. I had to get his attention after waiting patiently for well over 30 minutes. He got the orders correct, however he was standing a little too close to us when spoke and kinda made us feel weird about his speech and interaction. Outside of that , the food like always was excellent and enjoyed the Kona Mud pie to finish off the dinner.

Most of the food was good, but not great. Fresh / real wasabi is a nice touch. It felt a bit like a Japanese restaurant trying to cater to American tastes (which could be a positive or a negative depending on what you’re seeking). Our biggest issue was confusion with the menu. The menu at the restaurant didn’t match the online menu, we received two different menus at our table (half of which were outdated), then several of the drinks listed on the latest menu were not available.

I recently visited the new Italian restaurant in Kona, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was exceptional, featuring a delightful mix of traditional and innovative dishes. Pasta was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were vibrant and fresh. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both casual dinners and special occasions. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing our dining experience with great recommendations. If you're in Kona, don't miss this culinary treasure!

Brunch buffet was delicious. We will definitely be back the next time we visit!
