We had an amazing experience! The hostess was incredibly professional, seating us right on time despite the bustling crowd. Our server was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made sure to check on us regularly, even though the restaurant was incredibly busy. The service truly made our evening special. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent experience. Food was great stuff was attentive. Love the look at the ambience in the restaurant. Noise level was a little high with the music and the number of people. 

My family and I had an amazing Christmas Eve dinner at North Italia, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The service was outstanding—our server, Blake, truly went above and beyond to make the evening feel special. The food was incredible! The bolognese was rich, flavorful, and perfectly executed—a definite highlight for me. My sister, who usually avoids pasta, absolutely loved the ricotta cavatelli. It was creamy, delicious, and a standout dish that surprised her in the best way. The warm atmosphere, attentive service, and fantastic food made for a memorable evening. I would highly recommend North Italia for any special occasion or just a great meal out. We’ll definitely be back!

Highly recommend for a celebratory event such as a birthday or anniversary. I won’t spoil any of the surprises but I will say they make dining a very special experience. Yes, it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. So glad we have such a special place in the South Bag to dine.

Food was outstanding, server was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. Food came out quickly and tasted delicious. The hostess were awful. We had a reservation and they seated at least 3 parties ahead of us and made us wait for over half an hour.
