Aloha, we are open daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm and are located on the waterfront of Waikiki Beach inside the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. We accept reservations & reserve a large amount of space for walk-ins. If your desired reservation is not available, please join our waitlist in person daily. Happy Hour is available daily from 3:30pm-5:00pm (excluding select holidays). Our chef driven concept is led by the classically trained, award winning chef, Peter Merriman. Peter is a culinary pioneer and one of the founders of Hawaii Regional Cuisine. I have never been disappointed when dining at Merriman’s. I was with a friend who has strict dietary restrictions; the chef personally met with him and made his day even brighter. Merriman’s is first class all the way.

Our server was excellent and the food was amazing. Was there for lunch with a large party. We started off with a chicken caesar salad and shrimp avocado salad. The chicken was moist and shrimp were perfectly seasoned. Most of us got the petite filet mignon. It was cooked perfectly, med rare, and was so soft. I had the garlic mash as a side, it had slivered garlic mixed in (super good) and the creamed spinach. A few others had the pesto pasta which they said was really good. Over all experience was great I definitely recommend trying them out.

One of my most favorite restaurants in HI. Creative menu with both culinary staples as well as interesting combinations, such as he broccoli salad, which was quite flavorful. Loved that u could make a reservation. Will be back again probably in Maui!
