Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. Also coming from the grill, Dediko’s kababi consists of a kebab-like grilled ground chicken patty with Georgian spices, folded in a roll of lavash flatbread. Have eaten at Salty's for many years, both in Portland and at the Seatle location. I can't remember ever having a bad meal, the menu and quality of the food is always superb. The wait staff at our recent dinner was very efficient and pleasant to interact with, we tipped accordingly. We would strongly recommend to anyone desiring a "first class" experience and delicious meal to visit either location.
