Built in 1880, The Inn was at one time a brothel, until it was raided by federal officers. In 1959, Frank and Tina D'Ambrosio decided to start a new restaurant venture along with their "Paisans" Mario and Enza Volpe, after Frank had much success with his first restaurant, the original "Frankie, Johnnie, and Luigi Too! In Mountain View, CA. Named after a good friend of theirs, they opened the original "Giorgio's" in the Foxworthy Shopping Center in San Jose, CA. One year later, cousins Anthony and Louise Dambruoso, affectionately known to the family as "Sash and Lou", took control of the restaurant and ran it for the next eight years. Pictures and paintings of these folks still grace the walls of the establishment today. In 1968, Frank's four sons assumed control of the restaurant and still own and operate it to this day. In 1997 they opened a second location in Milpitas, CA, where they still offer the highest standard of quality food, service, and value to their customers. Bon Appetit!!

We eat here several times a year for many years. They have the most professional wait staff of any restaurant we have ever been to. They also will "split plates" at no extra charge which works out to half price meals. As seniors we don't overeat any more so his works out perfect for us.

This was our first time trying this restaurant. It was a wonderful experience. Everything from the delicious food to the excellent service made our first visit the best experience possible. We started with the Manilla clams. There was an abundance of clams and the broth was creamy and full of flavor. Perfect for dipping some bread after. We had the Halibut and the rib eye and both were cooked to perfection. Shout out to our waiter Kevin who gave us wine recommendations and really great service. We will definitely come back again soon

Loved everything. I got the chicken Marsala it was absolutely delicious. My cocktail & dessert didn’t disappoint either. Loved the ambiance of the restaurant. The staff was nothing but friendly & attentive. Will definitely go back!!
