Rakeem was amazing. So pleasant and really shared his insights on the menu. He was wonderful. We took some attitude at reception. I am a repeat customer and made this reservation 2 weeks ago. Nonetheless, we were moved from a tall top in the middle of the bar to a table next to the server station where it seemed to be a dead zone. It was a let down considering my guests were in from of out of state and the the hostess had no interest in hearing my concern. She basically said - make your own fun. Nonetheless. Great food. Amazing server. Will sit at the bar if I ever come back again.

Service was impeccable. GM stopped by twice to check on us and even shared his local fish monger. Both dishes - elk and a triple-tail fish - used great ingredients, were well- seasoned, and beautifully presented. Good wine list, good cocktails. Not cheap, but a "you get what you pay for" kinda deal.

Me and my boyfriend had the best experience for our anniversary. We had KerriAnne as our waitress. She was phenomenal even though it was a busy night she still gave the best service and made the experience for fun. The food was amazing. We got the lamb chops and steak which was really good. I got the expresso martini soufflé which was awesome! On top of that chart house made customize anniversary menus for us which was a nice touch! Thank you chart house and KerriAnne for a wonderful anniversary experience!

We had exquisite server, Bobby, skilful and friendly. Food was good, may lack some garlic or spices. Noise level was good until one table got too excited

Our experience at S&W was beyond expectations. This is a 5star chophouse hands down. From beverage(wines) to perfectly cooked steaks, and sides this was by far the best dining we’ve had in Savannah. Our server, Mark was Disney trained in the hospitality industry for 20+ years and believe me it showed. His congenial personality, knowledge of food and wine, and stellar service made our experience over top! Well done y’all!!
