We have decided to make The Mexican our go-to for our Christmas celebration with one of our best friends from now on. We started at the bar for a cocktail before we were seated in the beautiful main dining room. Our server, Josa (sp?) was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. He pointed out the customer favorites for all parts of the menu. We started with ceviche and queso fundido for our starters, and we had the trio of enchiladas, the ribeye steak, and tacos for the main. We wanted to share everything and Josa did the honors of separating the starters and the mains onto three dishes. As we were finishing our first course, a tequila sommelier came to our table who gave us a mini course on the correct way to taste tequila. Free, interesting, and fun! We finished with the Quatro Leche cake for dessert which was delicious. All in all, one of the best dining experiences for me in the last three years. It’s not cheap, however. All in, dinner and cocktails were north of $700 for the three of us. But, we said we’d definitely do it again. Thanks all for a memorable evening!

Delicious! Every morsel was spectacular! We started with a dozen oysters, followed by mouth watering ming crab and tuna carpaccio, chopped wedge salad and icy vodka martinis with hand stuffed blue cheese olives! We chose a rare bone in ribeye and a lobster for our entree and finished with a devils food cake slice and the famous “Elvis” dessert! April was our WAITSTAFF EXTRAORDINAIRE providing exquisite service and making this a Holiday celebration to remember!

Great food, very nice staff, nice restaurant overall. If I had one complaint it would be parking, there's not enough. I would go back to this restaurant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience at The Charles was nothing short of exceptional! Jonathan greeted us at Bar Charles, setting the tone with perfectly crafted cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere. From there, we were escorted to the main restaurant, where Chris took outstanding care of us at Table 12 (hands down, the best seat in the house!). The team truly impressed us—Rome, another fantastic server, and Nathan, the manager, stopped by to ensure everything was perfect. The food? Absolutely divine. The pasta was heavenly, the branzino fish perfectly cooked, the polenta creamy and flavorful, and the profiteroles were the ideal sweet finish. This was a 10/10 dining experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend The Charles for anyone looking for an unforgettable evening!
