Just great from start to finish. Everyone from the hostesses to the servers were very friendly and professional, not staying too long at the table but always available. After we were seated, the moment the hostess finished explaining things to us, a gentleman was there ready to serve us the first round of meat. It was immediately the best piece of steak I've had from a restaurant in years. All the sides were great, the meat was incredible. I ate so fast we were out the door exactly 1 hour after we were seated and never felt rushed. Highly recommend to anyone.

They are very hospitable & the food is great. The restaurant is beautiful. They even saw from the reservation that it was my husband’s birthday & give him a special dessert. I love it here.

Excellent in every respect! From the moment we walked in and were warmly greeted by the hostess, to every interaction with our server Al, and Miquel, it was perfect. The bartender’s cocktails were fabulous and every dish was simply perfect. Service was the most gracious and well-informed we’ve had in the area in YEARS - top notch. On top of all that, the setting was wonderful- soft lighting but gentle down-lighting at each table, and a great soft playlist that we could just hear and enjoy without it ruining conversation. Fantastic evening in every way!

We had an excellent dinner at Surv to celebrate a birthday. Everyone’s food was amazing and our server was efficient and very friendly. We will be back.

We visited Mesa for lunch. This was our first visit to Mesa and we were impressed with the level of service and the food quality.
