Restaurants near Hilton Columbus at Easton

There are so many great things on the Del Mar menu. Our favorite entree by far is the Lobster & Spaghetti. The caramelized onion bread is a nice complement as is the mixed greens salad. The best way to finish it off is the olive oil cake. What a great way to end a 'date day'!

We have had our xmas party there the for 3 years. We have always had exceptional service. The meat had great flavor but many cuts were tough. But overall great time, our server Marcus was awesome.

Ordered a dish and asked the server if it was spicy and he said no. But it was so spicy I could not eat it. I have to be gluten free and thank goodness my friend also ordered gluten free as then we just swapped meals. The server did offer to bring us something else but we worked it out. I originally wanted lasagna, but then he said that was a typo on the menu and it wasn’t gluten free. There was a big party next to us that was super noisy. And they sat us at a 2 top right next to a doorway and a family party and I didn’t like that. When you are having a meal, bread and a bottle of wine, a 2 top just is NOT big enough. Next time I will make sure to speak up if they try to do that. But they were really busy and we were trying not to make waves. The server did offer us complimentary ice cream since the meal was so spicy and we got just one and split it. The GF bolognese was just ok. Pasta was a little undercooked and the sauce was skimpy. Overall it was an ok experience but not near as good as past visits. This is a place we always go when visiting the area but might skip it next time after this latest disappointing visit.

The Ocean Club never disappoints. When you first walk in it seems overly busy and congested but once you walk past the bar area to your table, the quiet sets in quickly. The design and flow of the seating seems to accomplish that. Combine that with excellent food and exceptional service, you are assured a memorable experience. While you should expect to pay more for this experience, I have never walked away feeling like they hadn’t more than earned it.

Our server, Emmons, was excellent! He recommended alternative options since the Chilean Sea Bass was removed from the menu (bad decision PF Changs!). He took very good care of our family and was very pleasant!!
