Restaurants near Hartless Guard Station

We had so much fun! Our server was so attentive. We ordered like 6 appetizers and some Ragu for my husbands birthday. She asked us if we wanted it all at once or one or two at a time. She did great. Brought the salad with the ceviche, the sliders with the Mac n. Cheese.. saved the entree for last. We were so full by then so we let her know before it was time so she could have it boxed so they didn’t waste dishes. They brought an adorable tiny treat for my husbands birthday. Everyone was on top of drinks and food. We came when they first opened a while back and it was good then but it’s way better now. Thank you for the lovely evening! I’ll edit this when I find my receipt so I can add her name.

Sunnyside is such an iconic Tahoe venue. Always good food and excellent service. A must go if you come through Tahoe City.

Holiday meal in a winter wonderland. Everyone at restaurant worked extra hard to provide plenty of holiday cheer. The special Christmas menu offered something for most food choices. Few nice places to dine after a long drive up to Tahoe today. Thankfully River Ranch was open. Will go out of my way to support them on low season weekdays.

Beautiful restaurant, they recently expanded it and it’s huge! For it being Christmas Eve in a packed restaurant our food came out amazingly quick. Our drinks were constantly filled, our waiter was outstanding in always checking with us. Food 10/10. It is pricey and definitely a splurge but compared to the other restaurants in harrahs/harveys this is by far the best. Don’t waste your money elsewhere, it’s worth the splurge. The cheesecake and the butterscotch pudding were the best desserts we’ve ever had.

Very cozy restaurant with excellent food. My favorite restaurant in Tahoe City. Everything is delicious at this restaurant and staff are very friendly. Our party of 4 ordered 5 appetizers and 4 different entrees and we wiped out plates clean. Everyone was super happy with their food.
