Elaine our server was absolutely delightful!! She helped us navigate the general splendor of the menu. Breakfast there is really more a cultural experience, everything is done with carefully crafted thought and intention. Well done !!

Always a great experience for a lunch meeting. Kind of wish the lights could be a little brighter during lunch. Food and service is always wonderful.

The food is absolutely amazing! This restaurant should be packed because nothing else compares to the quality of food. The ability to master seafood, sushi and steak is unmatched. Pretty sure the Hibachi steak I had was the best steak I have had. My wife felt equally pleased with Chef Peter’s ability to create sushi. Definitely will be going back!

Noah was our waiter and he was soooo friendly and had a great personality. Excellent service! The food was delicious. We started with the pretzel and moved on to schnitzel and the short rib goulash. We will be going back. Glad to see Waco stepping up their food game.
