The food is superb. The staff is very attentive for your needs. They watch your reactions and react to what they think you may need or want. Truly old style restaurant service. That alone I tip well for. The superb food and service. Noise is a little loud, but it is an old building with a nice ambiance. Take in the atmosphere, ambiance, and view along with superb service, and you will have the perfect experience. The only negative I have is the table downstairs near the middle, and the wine bar area is tight and has a lot of traffic. I was at that table the first time, and it was annoying the amount of wait persons and people squeezing by the table.

The food was excellent. My husband never had octopus before. He was impressed with it. Steak was cooked perfectly. The bacon macaroni and cheese was wonderful. Creamy, and full of bacon flavor. Hazelnut gelato for dessert was a perfect end to the delicious meal. They even put a candle in the gelato to celebrate my husbands birthday. Will return for special occasions.

I was looking for a larger party reservation and accidentally made a resy for 2 instead of the party of 5. They were so accommodating and able to seat us was just amazing!!!! My friends and I had delicious food and were able to catch up! Everything and everything was fantastic! Also...they renovated and it just is Wow!

Ok- finally made it here for my moms 71st Birthday! We had a really enjoyable dinner! They needed a place like this in between Morristown and Hackettstown. Solid Food and the Ambience / music made the night.

When we arrived inside it was very cold and changed to eating outside and the staff was accommodating.unfortunately outside there was a loud table on one side of us and on the other side a woman jumping into our conversation which spoiled our private romantic Saturday meal which the staff couldn’t have anything to do with. The service & meal were great! We’ll be back soon.
