Very nice and the waiter was very professional and kind.

Weight staff was amazing, including servers and bartenders. Everyone was very friendly. The food came out quickly, and the steak was cooked perfectly

Excellent meal — fish lunch special was delicious and you can’t bear the cassata cake. Service always pleasant and personable.

If/when you go to this Mentor restaurant MAKE A RESERVATION or you will be waiting at least a half an hour or more to be seated. Lobby was full of people when we arrived for our 6:30 pm reservation. We were seated immediately. If you decide you are dead set on ordering a crab entree-bring your own fork-restaurant only provides crab cracker tool. Crab legs sautéed in garlic butter very slippery and messy. Will get steamed crab legs w melted butter on the side next time. We arrived at 6:30 pm and waited almost 30 minutes to have our drink and food order taken. Very short staffed. Server was very courteous. Husband enjoyed the shrimp. alfredo. I had the 1lb crab legs. We left around 8pm. Lobby not so crowded. Bar was full. Lots of families w little kids. Will make later reservation next time we plan our visit.

One of our favorite places to dine. Somehow my seating requests don’t reach the restaurant. This place has 5 old giant barrels for seating from a previous restaurant-very claustrophobic. However our meals were delicious. The staff dealt with quite a few fussy senior citizens and their dietary requests where several entrees were sent back to the kitchen for tweaking. I enjoyed the spaghettini with Alfredo sauce and my husband enjoyed the meatball sub. Get the Alfredo frequent diner card for free dessert or appetizer. Hostess Lynn did a very good job dealing with fussy guests.
