Our popular sushi dishes and steakhouse items have had locals and tourists from all over St. Croix talking about this new concept from within Grapetree Bay Hotel. Since we are right on the water, you can enjoy cool breezes while eating our house-made eggrolls, soy-glazed salmon, or sesame chicken. Our food was delicious and the ambiance was lovely. Our server was Pauline and she was fantastic. The portions sizes were good. We enjoyed the tempura octopus, Caribbean jerk ribeye, banana bread pudding and brownie a la mode. We would come here again if we return to St. Thomas.

My hubby and I went on Christmas Eve, which also is his birthday. The service was amazing! Very attentive. From the cocktails to dessert, everything was delicious. We shared the orzotto. He had the spare rib (huge portion) and I had the spaghetti Limone. We then shared pistachio gelato. Each morsel was delicious. It was a little loud but I chock that up to the holiday. I strongly recommend Estera!

We had a great experience. We shared the chefs special eggroll, which was delicious. My wife had the lobster, and I had the ribeye. Both were excellent. Service was great and the entertainment was very nice. Definitely will be back.
