Canyon Kitchen uses local produce and organic selections from our own community gardens and the surrounding area to source our creative Appalachian cuisine. From the time We sat down in the festively decorated restaurant to the time we left—we keep saying how wonderful every minute was. The chef’s appetizer and bread service to the meticulously plated main courses—we could have stayed all night!

There was a band that night so it was fun! I had the Rosemary Chicken and mushrooms over linguini, and it was just ok. There weren't many entrees. We also shared the pita tapas appetizer. I don't like Olives, so it was ok too. The cocktails🍸 were great, though! I had 2 Cosmos, then we had an Espresso Martini for dessert. It's the best Espresso Martini I ever had!
