The prices are quite high, but we expected that. The servers were great. On top of things but not on top of us. The young man serving water obviously kept an eye on his tables because just as the water was running low, bam! He’s right there filling you back up. The young woman bringing the food out was knowledgeable about the menu and her service was good as was her attitude. And the food! Ah, the star of the show. There were 6 of us in our party and we all had excellent meals. The lobster tails were far bigger than expected for an add on and they were delicious. The steaks outstanding. And so was the seafood. Not one of our party was disappointed with our meal. We aren’t diners who are fussy, but we do eat out often and well and we appreciate ambience, good food and service. The Reserve has it all. Will definitely be returning.

We had a delightful evening at Ciao Amici’s. Delicious food, great service and very nice ambience. It is one of our favorite restaurants.

This restaurant is remarkable in that it is located at a grocery store, albeit a legitimate Italian market. The restaurant operates as if it were independent as the level of quality of food and service are comparable or better than many standalone restaurants. Great well chosen wine list that also showcases the incredible selection in the grocery store wine department. Menu & wine list prices are very reasonable and offer great value. The food and service are very consistent which is refreshing given today’s challenges much of the restaurant industry faces. Seemingly little turnover of staff is a credit to ownership and management.

Met a friend for lunch and enjoyed our chicken salad croissant sandwiches with soup. I had gumbo which is always great! Natalie was an excellent server!

I absolutely love this restaurant. Never had a bad meal here have brought multiple friends and family members and they've never had a bad meal either. Drinks are great, staff is attentive. Definitely an energetic place so not a great spot for a quiet meeting but great for pretty much everything else. Do yourself a favor and make an OpenTable reservation to beat the wait time. They're usually very good with seating you at or close to your reservation time, even with a crowd of people. 10/10!
