A butcher before a steakhouse, we use every part of the animal. We care about every animal - how it lived, what it ate, and how it was cared for.     Celebrated friends 77th birthday at Echo & Rig. Greeted by a very personable hostess who seated upon complete party arrival. Server came over to us and asked if we had previously dined at the restaurant. Some of us had, but most was first time. We ordered drinks, then ordered our meals. Two of us ordered the rib steak caps; only to learn they only had one cap left. It was 6:50 pm and only one left?? Others ordered the salmon, ceasar salad, calamari, and the rib tips. Since there was only one rib cap left, I ordered the bavette steak. The salads were large, the calamari was tasty. The rib tips were tasty, but small portion. Pass on this dish f you and your party are hungry. The steaks are also small portion. The bavvette was tough. Birthday boy to had the last rib steak cap said he’s had better. It was a small cap. For a steak house, you would think the steaks would be great; but they’re not. Service was excellent!! Noisy restaurant, mostly a bar. They did gift a dessert to birthday boy; nice gesture. We wouldn’t be back to this so called steakhouse. Again, server and his aids were excellent .

    Our server, Chelsea, did a fabulous job! Also thank you to Jeffrey for all the great service as the manager. Wonderful food, great ambiance and unparalleled service. It was the perfect place to celebrate my wife’s birthday!!
