The western ramparts echo with history, after all this fortified castle was built a 1000 years ago to defend the southern territories from the rampaging north. The staff is super friendly and committed to help you with all the needs you have. The menu offers a lot of variety of food, vegetarian, fish courses and meat courses, desserts as well. They have a dedicated somalier which suggests about the wine. The food was excellent and it tastes magnificent. The place have very relaxing views , activities live riding horses , open air cinema , music live , tennis , pool , academy of cooking etc. the price overall is equivalent with the service you get! I suggest 10/10. For sure will be back soon again!
