The menu is great! We also enjoy the specials. The food is always prepared perfectly and the service is exceptional! Blue River Bistro is our favorite restaurant in Breckenridge!

We were warmly greeted by the hostess and manager, and promptly seated although we had arrived early. The manager noticed my husbands’ interest in bourbon, and he was very helpful, bringing the extensive list of bourbons and helping with his selection. From the cocktails, to the appetizers and entrees, everything was exceptional. We did not try the prix fixe menu but it looked amazing. This is the place to dine while in Breckenridge, we will be back!

Every dish was well-balanced and satisfying, making for a great start to a day of skiing. The service was equally impressive—attentive, friendly, and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious breakfast with top-notch service. We will definitely be returning on our next trip!
