We are a family owned business located in the centre of York by the River Ouse.     Fabulous - our first time here and the staff were attentive throughout and very friendly. We had individual Sunday lunch priced £26 . Fabulous food and excellent quality and value as there was a very good amount of meat and vegetables and extra gravy jug too all cooked perfectly, as we're asked how we liked our beef eg, pi k or well done and it arrived as we asked

    Perfectly cooked wide variety of rare and well cooked meats. I went with 2 sons a d 2 grandsons and they tried their best to eat it all, they failed! It was a lovely evening and the Brazilian beauties shaking their booties and tossing their feathers were particularly enjoyed by tye boys of all ages! Thank you for a lovely night out. I should also say I was in a wheelchair and that was managed brilliantly

    We came here for Christmas Eve dinner, we arrived 30 minutes earlier than planned. The staff was very accommodating, the food was excellent and a great place have to Christmas Eve dinner.
