Joseph's Pizza was opened in 1966 by Fox Chase resident and entrepreneur, Joseph DiLullo. For over 50 years-- alongside its Italian fine-dining neighbor, Moonstruck Ristorante-- the pizza shop was run by his wife Claire DiLullo.In 2021, the partners of Gaul & Co entered into an agreement to purchase the local business - just a year after taking over the old Breen's on Huntingdon Pike blocks away to open a second Malt House location.Their mission now- preserving the integrity of a Fox Chase pizza shop near and dear to their own lives. As residents of Rockledge & Fox Chase, their main goal is to bring delicious pizza back to the neighborhood. Have been to Via 417 a half dozen times and have ordered take out another handful of times. Never disappoints. I usually get the same thing, the Branzino, but decided to order one of the specials this time around. Had the flounder franchise and was just amazing. Food came out hot and quick, cannot wait to go back again.

Had an amazing time at the Wagyu event last night. Met some cool people and had some great service. Food was amazing!! But full disclosure we enjoyed a special menu that is not normally available. However, if the owner and host puts the same amount of heart into his cooking as he put into this event, then I’d guess just about anything would be great there.
