- BBrianInverness / Scottish Highlands •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024I have dined at Cafe 1 since it opened, too many years to remember. I have always told people (all people) that the best restaurant in Inverness is Cafe 1. I will reach my 70th year in a few weeks time and still hold the same opinion. It is not just a place to enjoy good food. It is the whole experience that is first class. Second to none. My wife, Frankie, and I were there for dinner a week ago. Frankie doesn’t do dairy so dessert is often a problem when eating out. Unfortunately the menu had been changed and the solution, a beautiful prosseco jelly with fruit, wasn’t available. 😢. Last night we we’re booked in for dinner with some friends. What was on the specials menu? Prosecco Jelly of course!! Just ask yourself how many establishments would go to that trouble just to make a couple of pensioners happy. Thank you so much Norman and all your staff.More infoCafe 1Price: Expensive• Scottish• Inverness•4.8
