The hosts seemed sincere and cheerful wishing her a happy birthday, and that set the tone for the night feeling special. I’ve worked in service, and I know it’s not always easy to be festive on someone else’s behalf when tons of birthdays are celebrated every day, and the kindness of the staff stood out. Sandra took wonderful care of us, comped a dessert for the birthday and made sure we had everything we needed while giving us our time and space to enjoy the meal. We will be back!More infoAba - AustinPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• East Austin•4.8

- JJonelleAustin •12 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoI recently had the pleasure of dining at City Post in Georgetown, Texas, to celebrate our anniversary, and I must say, it was an experience that elevated our celebration to new heights! From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance set the stage for a memorable evening. The service was impeccable - our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure our evening was nothing short of spectacular. They recommended dishes that didn't disappoint, and their enthusiasm for the menu was infectious. Now, let's talk about the food! The steaks were phenomenal - cooked to perfection with a rich, flavorful char that only a true steakhouse can achieve. The quality of the meat was evident in every bite, making it a highlight of our meal. However, the star of the show for us was the Lobster Mac and Cheese. This dish was an absolute revelation! The creamy, cheesy sauce, combined with chunks of succulent lobster, created a harmony of flavors that was both comforting and luxurious. Celebrating our anniversary at City Post made the occasion truly special. The combination of excellent service, a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, and, of course, the outstanding food, made for an evening we'll cherish for years to come. Highly recommend City Post for anyone looking to add a touch of gourmet to their celebrations or simply for a night out that promises to be unforgettable. Whether it's the steaks, the Lobster Mac and Cheese, or any other dish on their menu, you're in for a treat. Thank you, City Post, for making our anniversary dinner one for the books!More infoCity Post ChophousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Georgetown•4.8
