We longed for a community built around a table with good food, but Anaheim lacked authentic and fresh Mediterranean cuisine. We took it on ourselves to create the space and food we craved. Together with friends and family, we hand-built a restaurant that felt Mediterranean in every way, from the murals of the Aleppo Citadel to the menu filled with warm spices and colorful vegetables. Great experience! Christmas Day can be crazy, but the staff at Benihana made it a great day. We did wait about 45 minutes past our reservation time, but were seated promptly and had a great chef! (Chefsito) who balanced his great cooking skills with a warm sense of humor. Food was great. Server was attentive and kept the drinks filled. Even though it sure was a crazy day for dining out, it was really awesome!
