Owner Eduardo Daja has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager growing up in Italy, and his time in culinary school only strengthened his passion for food. After culinary school, Ed stayed in Bologna to work at a family-owned restaurant. He moved to Utah eight years ago, and found himself missing his first love, food. Our dinner was fantastic! We were impressed as soon as we stepped out of our car, the valet was attentive and kind. Hostess and front desk made us feel welcome. The waitress knew what she was talking about, she was so knowledgeable. We also loved the tasteful Christmas decorations.
