- KKayLos Angeles •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe found the Fug Tree on Open table and a travel blog recommendation and it was exactly what we were looking for! We had a fabulous time celebrating my daughter’s 23rd birthday trip from Los Angeles -- and met others celebrating their anniversaries. We shared 2 apps, a salad, 1 main, and ordered 3 drinks (2 different cocktails and a glass of wine) — and unfortunately didn’t have room for dessert which we were looking forward to — but they still brought some homemade chocolates on a plate inscribed Happy Birthday with a candle, which was lovely! The wait staff were very personable and took great care of us including splitting shared dishes without being asked. The cocktails were unique and yummy. The food was a fantastic mix of flavors and cooked to perfection. The house was tastefully decorated for the holidays. Compared to LA prices it was at least 50% less expensive than a similar experience — but we did tip a lot more than we usually would since service was fantastic and min wage in NC is about 1/4 of that in CA.More infoThe Fig Tree Restaurant - Charlotte, NCPrice: Very Expensive• Continental• Elizabeth•4.8
- LLiaCharlotte •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoExcellent experience! Celebrating my daughter’s birthday and went with my elderly father, who uses a walker. The original table they had for us was a large booth, which was not the most comfortable for him. They accommodated a move for us to a different table, that was also in a quieter area. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Food was also great. Made for a wonderful night out!More infoRed Rocks Cafe - CharlottePrice: Moderate• American• SouthPark•4.8
- GGaryVIPCharlotte •24 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI had lunch at Napa Providence with a friend, and it was such a nice vibe. We sat out on the heated patio—such a great idea, especially when it’s chilly out. It felt super cozy, and we didn’t want to leave. Our server, Nick, was awesome. He was really on top of things, super helpful, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all—even though we ended up hanging out for a couple of hours just chatting. The food? So good. We both had the Napa salad, which is always light and fresh, and I couldn’t skip the French onion soup. It’s seriously become one of my go-tos. Perfect little bite when you’re not starving but want something warm and comforting.More infoNapa on ProvidencePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Myers Park•4.7
- JJimmySouth Carolina •5 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoStaff was great. Truly great. The rooms are a little loud when multiple tables are set. The outside area looked very nice. The appetizers and salads were extremely good. We ordered the shrimp and grits and the burger with fries. The shrimp and grits were OK at best. We only ate half of the burgers. The fries were on point.More infoThe Goodyear HousePrice: Moderate• Southern• NODA•4.6
