Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list. Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain.     Food was great but the meat to pink, I wish they do medium well meat. The place was completely full. The salad bar was excellent and had a lot to choose from. I love the lobsters bisque soup. Also we got seated on the very back so I was not able to try all the meats. I miss out in the grill pineapple.

    This place definitely deserves a Michelin star rating. It was fabulous from the wine to the bread to the main course, Everything was perfect The staff were superb - not overwhelming but always there when we needed them and very knowledgeable. There was a violinist who was amazing. Highly recommend the place

    Our dining experience at A Land Remembered on Valentine’s Day was absolutely fabulous, from start to finish. The entire wait staff was extremely friendly, prompt and accommodating; the ambience was beautiful; and the food was truly amazing — from the bread basket to the shrimp cocktail (the shrimps were the size of baby lobsters!) to the soups to the appetizers to the main course. And a special shout-out to our server, Jeannette, who was simply wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be dining here again soon.
