Visiting Scottsdale and chose EVO based on the menu we saw online l. Wanted someplace with variety, reasonable prices, and great reviews. So glad we went! The ambience was lovely and the food was wonderful! My husband had the pork chop and I had the salmon… both were delicious and prepared so beautifully! And the bartender followed my guidelines for my favorite drink… a Toasted Almond (Frangelica, Amaretto, and Baileys, on the rocks with a splash of heavy cream)… turned out perfect! Thanks for a great dining experience!

We had a fantastic time tonight celebrating the holiday season! 25 years as friends! Sat in the bar and enjoyed the music! Wonderful! The food was suburb!!

This was easily one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was outstanding! Much thanks to Nate and Christian for taking such good care of us! I will definitely be back every time I’m in town. The locals and guests I hosted wholeheartedly agree as well!

Beautiful restaurant and great food and service . Dj plays great music at a nice level , kind of background not overbearing. The flat iron steak is cooked with a pepper glaze and is delicious! The Bronzino is cooked crispy on outside , yet moist and delicious on the inside . One of our fav places !!
