Excellent service, superb food, impressive wine list and outstanding layout. Our first visit and very impressed. Will definitely be back again.

Barrett is an attentive and considerate server. Food was exceptional.

My Lovely wife ordered Salmon on a bed of creamy herb rice. Salmon was fishy, rice was great. I ordered Ribeye. Rib eye was very tender, had a strange hint of charcoal starter taste. The herb mashed potatoes were awesome. The other couple ate rib eye and a variety dish. The gentlemans Rib eye had the same flavour, charcoal starter ( yet no all of either steak had the total taste of starter) very strange. The other lady ordered the variety plate. All was great except the Waygu beef Strip taste like fish. Kitchen did recook an entire variety plate (cost $78.00) without charge. The appetizers were great and our waitress was exceptional.

Our Christmas Eve Dinner party had a wonderful evening at Via Emilia Woodlands. The ambiance, service and food were 5 Stars. Our service provided by Stephen was outstanding. No rush to enjoy a special evening with good friends and memorable cuisine. This is not our first visit to Via Emilia and we are thrilled the atmosphere, food and service remains the same, 5 Stars. Via Emilia delivers with consistency and quality.

Food is great. Love the shrimp & grits , and the gumbo. Drinks are well made. The service by Danielle was Because of the acoustics the noise level is high. Still, highly recomnended .
