Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Truly outstanding drinks with a terrific balance of flavors. Butter mushroom Old Fashioned for example had just a hint of maple syrup without being over sweet or cloying. Matcha martini had a hint of matcha that enhanced the base gin martini without overwhelming it. Bartenders were friendly, had a great sense of humor and engaging without being intrusive. Well worth the experience.
