We celebrate milestones at Lemaire - our anniversary and my wife's birthday. The experience tonight was everything we've come to expect - outstanding from start to finish. From the reservation with Bella to Travis's attention to detail it was a grand experience. Thanks to all of your dedicated staff for all they do!

We enjoyed a great lunch to celebrate the Winter Solstice! Our server, Justin, was professional, attentive, and helpful. The environment was lovely; we were seated in the small dining room next to a lovely fire in the fireplace and with a great view of Carytown. The super-thin octopus and fried calamari appetizers were great starters. We moved on to phenomenal crab cakes (so much crab!) and fried oysters, both over a roasted corn salad. The oysters also featured a spicy aioli, and the crab cake was served over roasted sweet potatoes with a cilantro oil. We also had a Yellowtail carpaccio that was superb. Dessert was amazing: a perfectly balanced single malt butterscotch pudding with shortbread, a superb version of sticky toffee pudding, and delicious house-made donuts with lemon curd and fruits.

This place was bumping! Everything was exceptional…a little loud, but to be expected as busy as the place is. My only issue was my mussels were on the cool side… as though they were probably done before my wife’s meal & sat in the pick-up window for a few minutes before coming to the table. They were still delicious, just not hot. The service was perfect. Our table super nice. Staff was friendly & had a sense of urgency, yet calm. My wife will go back again & again!

We enjoyed our meal though the food was not outstanding. Our dinner group was. It was a little complicated because the restaurant closed to set up for dinner and it was still very crowded. Stella's is not the place for a quiet, relaxing meal, even at 2:30 in the afternoon.

Honestly, the best Mexican food I have ever had! Deep rich flavors in each dish, wonderful Margaritas, and great happy hour prices! Yum’
