We're most famous for our themed afternoon teas which change regularly and are served from noon until last service at 3.30pm daily. As the Home of Afternoon Tea, we also serve some spectacular savoury versions of tea, including Beforenoon Tea, seafood option Afternoon Sea and our cheese-based option Afternoon Cheese. Table service to order took a while, but to be fair to staff, they were very busy. Staff were all polite and professional. Food was plentiful. I ordered pork belly, mash and veg and my husband ordered battered fish and chips. My pork belly was huge! But rather salty and I had so much on my plate, I could only eat half of the meal, same for my husband. Therefore, I had to take mine home in a box for later. Food was very fresh and very hot. I will definitely return, but maybe in daylight, as the car park and path to the carpark were not lit, so it was difficult to see where you're going.
