Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests.     This was our first time dining at Al Dente. Staff were very attentive and food was served hot & fresh. My husband’s Osso Buco was outstanding. From the mussels appetizer to the creme brûlée dessert, we were pleased our dining experience. Portions were generous and the prices reasonable. This place is a hidden gem tucked away in the lower level of the old Mountain Lodge.

    Excellent service and food! Probably one of the best Old Fashioned cocktail drink! Scallop, Filet, NY strip were perfectly cooked. Highly recommended if you are in Snowshoe!

    We had a fantastic time celebrating our parents anniversary at The Oxley House. A lovely and lively new restaurant in Elkins in the new Tygart Hotel. Welcoming! Yes! Cocktails before dinner? Well crafted by the amazing Mercedes. Service, well done! Filet… medium rare and cooked perfectly. Everyone had a great meal… brined pork chop, my filet, our mother’s trout and Dad’s burger. We saw groups of friends, families and couples on dates… a great restaurant for all of this. Very high quality food… and a good wine list too. Check out this great restaurant and let’s support them!
