Very nice meal, but not quite exceptional. Food was generally very good; ambiance is lovely. Service is a little spotty. Cocktails took too long; appetizers were served too soon (at the same time as the cocktails!); we had to pour our own wine because our glasses were empty; one entree was perfectly timed but the other was lukewarm when it arrived. I would definitely go back, and it is a lovely spot for a special occasion -- but it wasn't over the top perfect (but I have very high standards!).

The village pub had a New Year day brunch with a prix fixe menu of 3 courses. For each part of the menu there were many choices. The dishes were excellent. The burrata salad was amazing with the most delicious and delicate burrata. This was a great lunch to begin the new year for a good price!

We loved the ambiance at this place. Even though we arrived about 20 minutes early, we were seated promptly. The restaurant offers charming spaces: a formal dining area with crisp white tablecloths and a serene outdoor space with lush greenery and a covered roof. It’s a beautifully relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely meal. If you're in a hurry, this may not be the spot for you. We visited for Sunday brunch, and while it took a little longer than expected for our food to arrive, the service was friendly and attentive. We ordered the Breakfast Sandwich, Baby Kale and Quinoa Salad, Shakshouka, and the Home Fries as an appetizer—each dish was delicious. The bread with the Shakshouka was absolutely incredible. While prices are on the higher side (approximately $35 per person, excluding alcohol and tip), the quality of the food and the laid-back setting make it worth the experience. Plus, it’s conveniently located near lovely walking parks, adding to its appeal.

Fantastic hot focaccia bread with a marinara dipping sauce. Side dish of kubacha squash was quite good and healthy too! Gnocchi with truffles is melt in your mouth delicious. Fun cocktails. Service was attentive and discreet.

Fabulous experience all around. Beautiful ambiance, fantastic service, delicious food and beverages. Will definitely be back.
