The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. Bygone is reminscent of a Speakeasy. It has a creative cocktail menu and wonderful food in an elegant atmosphere. There spectacular views of Baltimore East Harbor. It is quite romantic as we celebrated our anniversary on the lounge side of the restaurant. The service is excellent with an attentive bartender who also seeved as our waiter. I highly recommend

The food was really good but incredibly rich. I feel like they need a better balance of things that are rich and then light such as more salads for light vegetables setting and interior decorating was very cute but the chairs made absolutely zero sense. It was like sitting in someone’s living room the chairs were so low sunken Table above your chest, which was absolutely bizarre. Jonathan was so sweet but clearly overworked we saw a manager walking around multiple times and never once came over to ask how we were doing in our team dress when we asked where the bathrooms were.

We went for my birthday last night and it was fabulous. My daughters, ages 4 and 8, love the charcuterie, and did great splitting a Caesar salad and a pasta dish. My husband and I split a steak, and with dessert, it was the perfect meal.
