- AAndrewVIPBaltimore / Maryland •52 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoBeautiful restaurant and, overall, and excellent experience. We loved the fried chicken liver and crabcake appetizers. The prime rib was also great as was the broccolini and mac & cheese roast chicken was good but a bit too salty. Service needs some work – we were greeted and told to have a seat, but there were no seats available and nobody invited us to the bar. They then lost our reservation, which I had to then find on my phone. We seated without menus, and we’re never offered any bread. More infoWye Oak TavernPrice: Expensive• American• Frederick•4.7

- CCrisWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 28, 2024The Tasting Room is always a great culinary experience! My husband opted for the ribeye steak as opposed to the filet this time and regretted it—not that the ribeye was bad in any way, the filet is just perfection. My halibut was divine, as was our crab toast appetizer, and the lobster mashed potatoes are a must! The service is excellent, and the noise level was especially tolerable this time (we went early—5:15–so that definitely played into it). A word of caution for those who are noise sensitive: with the high tin ceilings, glass surfaces, and the tiled floors, it can get intolerably loud, especially so the later you go. Overall, the Tasting Room provides a wonderful dining experience!More infoThe Tasting RoomPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Frederick•4.7
