- TTerrySeattle / Eastern Washington •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWonderful, very creative pizzas and sides. Innovative and also non-alcohol cocktails. Recommend them as a worthy alternate to much higher-tariff Walla Walla a short, colorful 20 minute drive away. American 35 is the latest in a line of really hood spots that have claimed small town Waitsburg as home.More infoAmerican 35Price: Moderate• Pizzeria• Waitsburg•4.9
- KKylaVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoWow! Wow! Wow! My husband and I had dinner here this past Saturday. We had the best experience and food. The staff were professional but not stuffy. They were very friendly and attentive, but not overly attentive. We enjoyed the Tuna Crudo, it was fresh, light, and bursting with flavor. Let me tell you, if you aren't eating Carrot Toast, you are missing out. It sounds odd, but the texture and flavor are on point. We also had the Smash Potato, it had the best thin line of crunchiness around the outter edge with the rest of the potato being soft and creamy. My husband had the Pork Alla Diavolo, the pork was melt in your mouth, like the most succulent piece of pork you can imagine. The veggies were cooked to perfection and all the flavors mixed together perfectly. I enjoyed the Butternut Squash Cavatelli, every bite was absolutely delicious. The housemade pasta was perfect! It had the right amount of salt and chewiness you expect from perfectly made pasta. For dessert we had the Warm Apple Fritters and ice-cream. These were soooo good, we highly recommend them. We also had their Naughty Nog that is made in house, boy oh boy, was that a delight!!! We could imagine several different uses for the Nog, not just for drinking. Don't miss out on this place. From moment one we felt welcome and important, not just like another customer in a restaurant. Go out on a limb and order something you normally wouldn't, you will not be disappointed!More infoThe BradleyPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Richland•4.4
