DC Prime Steakhouse was phenomenal, We made a reservation here to celebrate my husband 64th birthday and was blown away with the service and the food was fantastic, amazingly delicious. The manager Glenn, sat us in wonderful location and later introduced us to the owner of the restaurant, which was icing on the cake. My waiter really made my family experience so enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about the food. He made my Grandson which was two years old smile when he cut him up some strawberries and served them to him. The food was so tasty. We ordered so many things and of my family members were all blown away with the taste and service. We will visit again before we head back home to California next month. Please stop in to DC Steakhouse and get your grub on. The atmosphere was so inviting. Thank you staff for a wonderful time and great service. You made my husband birthday rememberable.

Always enjoy dining here. Tonight was the first time that we were disappointed in our food. The Parisienne Gnocchi were great but were barely warm when served. They did reheat them and they were definitely a keeper in the menu. My beef stroganoff was very minimal on the meat and heavy on the pasta. It should have been the reverse. The salmon was not cooked as requested but good. The fare was bland and all the vegetables were barely cooked. This is a first there. We attribute it to maybe extra staff brought on for the holidays. But we still love it here!!

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. WE WERE HAVING OUR ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY AND ALSO CELEBRATING OUR CO-WORKER FOR 20 YEARS OF SERVICE. OUR WAITER BRYNN AND THE REST OF THE STAFF WERE VERY ACCOMODATING. WE ALL HAD A WONDERFUL TIME.

In speaking with our waiter I realized I’ve been delighted by dining at Ches Francois for 40 years. We arrived at 6:00 pm and shortly after being seated my wife and I were greeted by the owner, Chez Jacque. I congratulated Jacque in celebrating the Haeringer family’s 70th year owning and operating Chez Francois. (there was a large stand alone plaque at the entrance announcing the 70 years) Jacque’s comment when I congratulated him was, “yes two generations of crazy restaurateurs”. I could not argue with him. Only absolute dedication, commitment and tireless energy produces the wonderfully amazing results this family has delivered decade after decade. Every bite of food I’ve ever eaten at Chez Francois has been a culinary delight. Every meal I’ve had (I estimate in the neighborhood of 150 meals) have been absolutely enjoyable. This was my first trip to Coopers Hawk and i will definitely go back. My Daughter bought us a gift card for our anniversary, so we went made reservation through this app which was very easy. We used her December tasting and found some really good wines. The pours were very generous, and the server was very knowledgeable about the wines. Our dinner was fantastic and the service top notch.
