- JJulieWisconsin •1 review4.0Dined 2 days agoFirst time eating there on Jan. 1, 2025 for a birthday meal with family of 7, three generations present. Even mid-day, it was quite loud inside due to music and talking, but we were in a corner, so that helped us be able to hear each other. Our server, Sydney, was friendly and efficient, very top-notch. Everything was well-paced. The food was generally very good to excellent, including two appetizers, six different entrees, and three shared desserts. The birthday girl, unfortunately, had a very, very dry beef brisket sandwich; too dry to even want to finish it. However, there were many stand-out items that will bring us back: the bruschetta bites, the home-made chips, pizza, the raspberry fizz cocktail, key lime pie, and the bread pudding. I can imagine that outside dining during the summer would be delightful.More infoSmoke on the Water BBQ OkaucheePrice: Moderate• Barbecue• Oconomowoc•4.6

- SstacyVIPSan Antonio •43 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoBeautiful restaurant and overall great though it had a few hiccups. Hopefully parking isn’t always difficult, but we circled the lot trying to find a spot. Our server ignored us for about 15 minutes and a drink order took 30 minutes. We were told they had just received truffles from France, and they were being offered at $20 for each item on which we wanted them. We ordered $60 worth. They were absolutely flavorless. Very disappointing. We told our server who discussed it with the chef. The chef said they wouldn’t develop flavor for about a month. Why, then, were they offering them? They should have been deducted from our bill. Other than that and the service missteps (we weren’t asked how we wanted our meat cooked -we had to tell him, silverware missing), the food was excellent -steak and prime rib perfectly cooked and and we both loved the spinach and butterscotch pudding. I ordered a Grasshopper -hadn’t had one in many years - skip it- unimaginative and definitely not worth the calories. In fairness, our visit was during the Christmas holidays, but for a restaurant of this caliber, it should have been nearly perfect.More infoThe Commodore - A Bartolotta RestaurantPrice: Expensive• American• Hartland•4.5
- LLindaWisconsin •9 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoVery cozy, had a great dinner here with another couple. The service is excellent. It’s quiet enough to have conversation without shouting, but not too quiet. A few more fish and vegetarian options would be nice. I love this place and will definitely return.More infoRed Circle InnPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Nashotah•4.6
- DDebbieWisconsin •73 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024Fabulous family dinner for four. We have not been for a while and loved it all, especially lamb dish, flatiron steak, black bass, Moroccan beets, winter squash salad and crowning buche Noel dessert. Thank you for the experience.More infoI.d.Price: Moderate• Contemporary American• Delafield•4.7
