- BBARTHOLOMEWCaribbean •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was absolutely amazing! The pork belly small plate was out of this world, and the crab cakes were delicious as well. The grilled pork chop and braised short rib entrees were both fantastic! The icing on the cake was the pistachio creme brûlée. Hands down the absolute best crème brûlée either of us had ever had! The cheese cake was also very good with a nice balance of orange and cranberry compote. The ambience is nice and our server was delightful.More infoPatina 250Price: Expensive• Contemporary American• Buffalo•4.5
- PPhoenixUpstate New York •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoA quiet and intimate Thursday night at Buffalo Chophouse to celebrate my anniversary was a spectacularly organised night. We were greatly satisfied with our seating, upstairs along the balcony on a semi-private platform looking down to the bar (upon request). The service was a 500/10. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. “There’s only one chicken and salmon dish on the menu because it’s so great.” True words about both dishes, and anything else that may pertain to that statement. Our expectations were matched and even exceeded with our selection. The menu itself has a great selection, I’ve previously dined here with a large party and everyone had been very impressed with their meal, including the young ones. Great options from my experience include but are not limited to; 8oz filet mignon, seared fillet of salmon, and the lobster tails. The chef is always very accommodating if any substitutions are requested. The cocktail list has a very diverse selection, but if they aren’t to your fancy, Buffalo Chophouse also has a fully open bar.More infoBUFFALO CHOPHOUSE - PRIME STEAKS & FRESH SEAFOODPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Buffalo•4.7

- JJanelleUpstate New York •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 27, 2024Last night was my husband's and my first time ever going to this restaurant and in my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Buffalo we have been to. It is our Anniversary and we had Victoria (Tori) for our server and she was so knowledgeable of the menu. I am Gluten Intolerant and she knew right away what I could indulge in and what was off limits. She had the specials memorized like a boss and was so attentive. The steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster risotto was delicious. The Limencello Margarita was the best margarita I have ever had, and I love tequila and margaritas! They have little biography cards on your table about your server, which I think is a great touch. I can't wait to come back to Buffalo and come back to Giancarlo's and request Tori!More infoGiancarlo'sPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Buffalo•4.8
