Restaurants near Desert Village Shopping Center

Great new restaurant for North Scottsdale. Octopus was the best I've ever had. Craft cocktail bartenders are extremely qualified. The owners are from Café Monarch which is one of the best restaurants in the valley. Only their second night open. I was prepared to give them some slack as most places have growing pains the first few weeks. We found it to be a well oiled machine on day two. The restaurant renovation were beautifully done. You won't be disappointed. Not an inexpensive place but appropriate for fine dining restaurants in the area.

They were well equipped to handle the Valentines Day crowd. Food was as good as usual. The service was excellent given they were seating multiple tables of 10 while we were there. They staffed appropriately. Good experience.

We have been to all Mastros across the US (from Chicago to LA) But have found nobody treats us better with consistent VIP service and quality than this Scottsdale location. Mike Skubisz is the Manager we count on to deliver professional, consistent service, Top Grade AAA Wagyu style! We are treated like VIPs every time. Service , food quality and staff consistently deliver perfection every visit. All his staff have remained consistent since we've been going (for decades) because of their respect for his professional management style. We dined in the bar with Happy Hour menu with friends. The Preston's burgers were yummy and large portions, the fries were hot and crispy and the crispy green beans were tender and crispy. The buttered parmesan bread was so ADDICTING and served hot and fresh! YUM!! We had Jackson serving us and he was attentive, helpful and super nice as well as all the servers in the bar. And Jackson remembered us from our 1st visit, that's just awesome memory. The check-in front was great and accommodating to my husband's wheelchair. Thank you! We will be coming back. PS... make reservations cuz the bar gets busy 😋

Delicious food! Good service. Louder environment inside for those wishing to visit.
