A wonderful place for lunch, dinner and/or a drink. Located in the beautiful, historic Brown Palace Hotel, the Ship Tavern is unique in its design. A beautiful bar, delicious food and a delightful place to spend time.

We had a wonderful time. The ambiance was lovely & elegant. Our server, Julio, was so kind & warm. He was attentive & made the whole experience so much more special. The menu was short, but everything we tried was delicious. The serving sizes were perfect. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for an intimate dinner date or special occasion.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Stellar Jay, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The wonderful accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. Will definitely plan on coming back soon.
