Tim Zekki was born and raised in Cyprus but has lived and worked in the UK for 35 years. He has a passion for local and seasonal ingredients, sourcing sustainable produce and items that he forages in Somerset woodlands and along the coast.     We really enjoyed our evening. Your staff are fantastic. Chu’s customer service was outstanding. He was excellent and very helpful. He was also extremely attentive. He really made our experience enjoyable. He explained every course so well and was a really lovely server. He made our meal very relaxing and an enjoyable experience. We also then had a drink at the bar and Kuba deserves a special mention for making my partner a special birthday surprise with his drink of dry ice. He was also very knowledgeable on the menu and very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a lovely evening. Your staff are what make the experience worth it even more so than the food and they are invaluable.

    Bills restaurant is an ideal place to eat when visiting Cardiff City centre.The location is within walking distance to all amenities. It's noisy outside but when you enter Bills there is a sense of calmness where you instantly relax. Personnel welcome you with a friendly smile and are tentative throughout your dining experience. There is a wide selection on the menu and it is good value for money so I urge you to give Bills a try
