Always outstanding. It’s so good to eat such deliciously well-prepared food! Unpretentious, but masterfully artful. Service is attentive and friendly—they seamlessly and unobtrusively work together as a team to make sure everything is just right. We love eating here. A superb meal to inspire delight. We have been going to Sophie's Bistro in Somerset, NJ since 2002 when it opened. In all that time, the superb quality of the food has been totally consistent, a remarkable achievement. The menu offers a rich assortment of traditional French dishes, each one truly excellent. The setting inside is lovely, too, and the service and staff could not be better.

We were there for a birthday celebration and had a very good meal with excellent service.

Stopped here on our last visit to New Jersey over a year ago and had to stop back again on this trip. Didn’t disappoint!

The food was good. We had a party of 4. In all we had 5 meals. We wanted to have the homemade gnocchi to share as an appetizer, but they ended up not having it. We ended up sharing the lobster ravioli, which was good. For our entrees we had the seafood risotto, which was excellent, the cod special (which was good but very small piece of fish), chicken dish and the yellowfin tuna special (was just ok). Overall, we had a nice time and will go back if in the area
