Restaurants near Courtyard by Marriott New Braunfels River Village

It was a busy Saturday night at Myron’s. The restaurant was full, with several people waiting, and yet, our reserved table was ready. The service by Austin was impeccable with all courses perfectly timed. The cocktails were perfect. For appetizers, we loved the Shrimp Myron’s and the Ahi Tuna. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the wine list is superb. Another excellent visit to our favorite steak house.

The Tomahawk Ribeye was cooked perfectly. The service was excellent. It was a little loud with conversation. The creme Brule was the best I have ever had . I did not however sit outside, by the way they were very accommodating when I changed my mind , it was a bit chilly at night . There is a fire place and I checked when I walked by ,that would have been comfortable but the other tables would have been a little cold .

Started at the bar where service was quick and drinks were perfect. Chef’s special was Sea Bass over linguine alla puttanesca. Fabulous pairing with a nice red wine. Service was excellent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful ambiance! They had a live jazz band playing, and they were incredible! Our server was wonderful, although we didn’t catch her name. I wasn’t super impressed with the lobster rolls, although they were still quite tasty, the presentation, left something to be desired, definitely didn’t think they were worth the price. And they were all out of the crème brûlée.😢 But all over the drinks were fantastic and that’s really what we came for! All in all it was a lovely night and a good experience!

This was our first time eating at La Cosecha and the food and drinks were outstanding. We will be back next time we’re in the area.
